ratinis tenisas statusas T sritis Kūno kultūra ir sportas apibrėžtis Tenisas, žaidžiamas 3,66–5,49×12,2 m dydžio aikštėje, padalytoje perpus tinklu, kurio aukštis 1,52 m. Žaidžiama 1×1 arba 2×2. Tikslas – permesti per tinklą guminį 17,5 cm skersmens, 3 cm pločio, 255 g masės ratą. Už kiekvieną varžovo klaidą (ratas nukrinta į aikštę, metamas per tinklą užkliūva už jo arba išlekia už aikštės ribų) skiriamas 1 taškas. Laimi žaidėjas (arba komanda), surinkęs 15 taškų. Žaidžiama iki 2 arba 3 laimėtų setų. Ratinis tenisas yra gera sveikatos stiprinimo, fizinių ypatybių lavinimo priemonė.
